Invisible Bond Association Structure
The Invisible Bond Association, a non-profit organization specializing in Animal Assisted Interventions (AAI), pursues civic, charitable, and socially beneficial goals.
It works to promote social, educational, and relational well-being and to protect health through voluntary action, mutuality, and the production and exchange of goods and services, with particular reference to Animal Assisted Interventions (AAI).
The Association is governed by Legislative Decree no. 117 of 3 July 2017 (Third Sector Code, hereinafter "CTS") and, for anything not otherwise provided, by the provisions of the Civil Code regarding entities in Book I.

Professor Franco Henriquet, an anesthesiologist, was among the pioneers of pain therapy and palliative care in Italy.
Since the 1980s he has been committed to guaranteeing patients the right to be treated and not to suffer unnecessarily.
The Gigi Ghirotti Genova Foundation was born from this vision.
For Professor Franco Henriquet, treatment is not limited to managing physical pain: human support, closeness, and listening are an integral part of the care provided free of charge for over 40 years.
A commitment that continues today, including through training and the dissemination of the culture of palliative care and volunteering.
Dr. Giuseppe Botto, a psychiatrist, psychotherapist with a focus on psychoanalysis, and a specialist in clinical psychology, has worked at Villa Scassi Hospital and is currently the Medical Director of the Arcobaleno Rehabilitation Day Center, Coop Saba. He provides outpatient and consulting services at the Villa Serena Clinic in Genoa.
Wolfgang Knoepfler
Wolfgang Knöpfler is an Austrian documentary producer with over thirty years of international experience making films about nature, the environment, and socially impactful issues. Over the course of his career, he has worked in over 50 countries, collaborating with some of the world's leading television networks, including National Geographic, BBC, Discovery, PBS, WNET, ZDF, ORF, and France 2.
He is currently Executive Producer at Terra Mater Studios GmbH, a leading European documentary production company, internationally recognized for its excellent films about nature, science, conservation, and human stories. Terra Mater Studios has received hundreds of international awards and is renowned for its ability to combine cinematic excellence with meaningful storytelling.
Among his most acclaimed productions is The Ivory Game (2016), a Netflix documentary shortlisted for the Oscars, which exposes the illegal global ivory trade. He also produced Sea of Shadows (2019), which won the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival, and Watson (2019), which won the Audience Award at the Tribeca Film Festival. His documentaries have also won awards at the Riviera International Film Festival, where Wolfgang received the Planet Star Award.
His internationally acclaimed documentaries focus on wildlife conservation, environmental protection, and social justice. His most recent work includes the documentary Nine Little Indians, which focuses on truth, justice, and reconciliation for North American indigenous communities. This film marked his third collaboration with Leonardo DiCaprio.
Beyond his extraordinary professional achievements, Wolfgang is a person of exceptional humanity and generosity. From the very beginning, he believed in our documentary The Invisible Bond, offering us sincere words of appreciation, friendship, and encouragement. His support has motivated us to continue presenting the film in hospitals, healthcare facilities, and communities, strengthening our mission of promoting the value of Animal-Assisted Interventions through authentic storytelling.
His trust, sensitivity, and encouragement have been a precious source of motivation for our entire team, reminding us that stories capable of touching people's hearts deserve to travel far beyond the screen.

Founded in Genoa in 1879, the Yacht Club Italiano is the oldest sailing club in Italy and one of the oldest in the Mediterranean. A symbol of history, prestige, and elegance, it has always been an important point of reference for the sailing world and for the city of Genoa. We are deeply grateful to the Yacht Club Italiano, our Supporting Member, for the sensitivity and generosity with which it has always welcomed and supported the initiatives of the Legame Invisibile Association.
President Carlo Cameli
Carlo Cameli, born in Genoa in 1952 and a member of a historic family of shipowners, has been a member of the Yacht Club Italiano since 1965. Elected President in December 2023, he carries forward the values, history, and traditions of the Club with passion and authority. Our sincerest gratitude goes to him for the sensitivity, availability, and generous attention with which he has always welcomed and supported our initiatives, linking the prestigious world of sailing to the equally important world of animals. Sestri Levante Sports Union
The Unione Sportiva Sestri Levante was founded on September 27, 1919, when a group of young enthusiasts gathered on Portobello beach in the Bay of Silence to found the club. The club's colors, red and blue, were inspired by a cloud uncovered by the flames of a sunset, while the nickname "Corsari" (the Corsairs) originated from a sporting feat in Savona during the 1928-29 First Division championship, when the Sestri Levante team surprisingly defeated the local team favored for promotion. Over the course of over a century of history, the club has become one of the most representative clubs in Italian amateur football. The high point in its recent history came in the 2022-2023 season, when Sestri Levante won the Serie D Italian Championship, returning to Serie C after a 74-year absence.
Today the team, which plays at the Sivori Stadium, remains a symbol of identity and tenacity for the entire Sestrini community.
President Renato Moroni
Renato "René" Moroni has been the new president of US Sestri Levante 1919 since June 2026.
A longtime Genoa fan, Moroni is also known in Ligurian football circles for having acted as an intermediary in the transfer of ownership of Genoa, putting the Rossoblù management in contact with the American group 777 Partners.
